All in-store purchases, refunds and exchanges are exclusively processed at the store. We kindly request that you keep the original purchase receipt and ensure the product’s ticket is attached for the process. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that the item is returned within a 14-day period from the date of purchase.

المنتج يجب أن يكون في حالته الأصلية مرفقاً ببطاقة المقاس الخاصة به –

 

يُسمح للعملاء بعملية استرجاع او عملية استبدال واحدة لكل عملية شراء من موقعنا

المنتجات التي تم تلفها أو تم فقدان بطاقتها غيرمؤهلة لاسترداد الأموال أو استبدالها بمنتجات اخري.
ولن يتم قبول اي طلبات استرجاع او تبديل في حالة تقديم الطلب بعد ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.

أن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويكون العميل مسؤولاً عن تحمل أي رسوم شحن إضافية عند الاستبدال –
لو كان المنتج المستلم تالفًا/معيوباً/او غير مطابق للمطلوب، فحينها نقدم استردادًا كاملاً أو استبدال مجاني تماما لعملائنا.
